As a head of the research center I am responsible for the Research and development - organization with 40 experts. HAMK EDU Research Center (former: The Research Unit for Professional Excellence) is focusing on the supporting educational reforms in Finland and globally, As a part of my work I participate in different national and international forums, boards and working groups, mostly related to developing higher, vocational and teacher education.
