Recently, according to the rules for the administration of tutor appointment and the implementation rules for tutor appointment in China (for Trial Implementation), after discussion and approval by the Council and with the consent of the chairman, it was decided to appoint Mr. Yang Quan as tutor. This is the first Chinese tutor appointed by the organization in the past 22 years, marking a new stage in the development of our committee's professional tutor team.

Mr. Yang Quan is the coach referee of the "Western food service" project of the 44th, 45th and 46th World Skills Competition and the person in charge of the teaching base of the "Front office service" project of the 46th world skills competition.

Mr. Yang Quan studied at the Swiss Institute of hotel and tourism management with a bachelor's degree. He has been engaged in the hotel industry for nearly 20 years, including more than 16 years of human resources related work. He has rich experience and unique opinions in the professional fields of hotel service-oriented human resources planning, organizational structure establishment, recruitment system construction, salary and welfare construction, training and development, performance appraisal and control. Over the years, he has worked in high-end international hotel management companies such as Shangri-La, Starwood, Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott, and studied in the hotels of Dubai sailing hotel group.

The appointment of Chinese mainland advisors is an important measure to promote the vigorous development of International Vocational Education in mainland China, and plays an important role in promoting occupation education and promoting quality education in a comprehensive and in-depth manner. It is conducive to further improve the healthy and sustainable development of vocational training.
